The four phases of Time-Light® training
- Problem Recognition: By going through various measures, the client will begin to identify issues he is living with, such as a sense of low self-esteem, or seeing the world as hostile.
- Revelation: This is for the small minority of patients who immediately ‘get’ the principles behind Time-Light® (ie the trauma creates a self that has the problem). For them, the tenets of Time-Light® become a living truth that will change them as they absorb it.
- Becoming Time-Light®: After the basic principles of Time-Light® are explained, the patient goes away to work with some of the exercises the therapist will set, and so will slowly become more aware of the thought processes he experiences, and especially the movement of the past.
- Being Time-Light®: This builds on the work of the earlier phases and focuses on methods to help the patient see with great clarity the energies of the past.
Course Structure
Time-Light® practitioner training is an 8-part course, with up to 10 hours of training.
The course is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Time-Light® method, with both pre-recorded and live sessions to support your learning and integration:
9 Pre-Recorded Sessions
Each session is designed to give you a deep understanding of the Time-Light® method, its core principles and practical applications for your work with clients. These sessions are available to view at your own pace, allowing you to learn in a way that suits your schedule.
1 Live Mentoring Session
Each year, we will host live sessions to foster shared learning and encourage connection with other Time-Light® therapists. These live sessions will deepen your understanding, provide opportunities to ask questions and offer guidance on applying Time-Light® in your practice.

Bryan Hubbard
