Terms of PurchaseÂ
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to your enrolment in the Time-Light® Practitioner Training Course(“Course”), delivered by Time-Light® (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or enrolling in the Course, you (“you,” “your,” “participant”) agree to the following:
- Payment & Access
- Full payment is required at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed and set up.
- Access to Course materials is granted only once payment (or the first instalment of a payment plan) has been received.
- If you enrol on a payment plan, you remain liable for the full Course fee once the Course has started.
- We reserve the right to suspend your access to all course materials if scheduled payments are missed.
- Your Time-Light® accreditation will only be provided once all payment plan instalments are complete.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds are available once the Course has started or digital materials have been accessed, due to the immediate nature of online delivery.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase, verified medical incapacity), a partial refund may be offered at our sole discretion, minus an administration fee.
- Enrolments cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written consent.
- Intellectual Property
